Damper
Ingredients
Self raisin flour 2 1/2 cup
Butter 1 tbls
Sugar 1 tbls
Salt 1 tea spoon
Milk 1 cup
Method
Mix in a bowl Flour, sugar salt and melted batter, add the milk and letb it
rest for a few minutes. Shape in a loaf form or place in a no stick baking dish.
Cook in a preheat oven for 30 minutes in a moderate oven at about 160-180 deg.
It is better eaten in thick slices whilst still hot.
