Impossible Cake

Ingredients

Flour ½ cup plain

Sugar 1 cup

Coconut 1 cup shredded

Eggs 4 lightly beaten

Vanilla 1 tsp

Butter 4 tbsp melted

Milk 2 cups

Method

Place flour in a bowl and stir in the sugar, coconut, eggs, vanilla, butter and milk.  Pour into a greased pie dish, bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes or until brown and set.
