Fish
Fillets in Lemon Butter
Ingredients
Fish fillets 4
(200g each)
Lemons 2
Parsley ½ cup chopped finely
Butter 3 tbsp
Salt, pepper
Method
Place 2 tbsp of butter into a
frying pan with the fish fillets and cook on high.
When the fish is brown, turn it, reduce the heat and cook for a
further couple of minutes. (depending on the thickness of the fillet)
When cooked, add more butter, the juice of the 2 lemons and the
chopped parsley. Place the
fish on to a serving plate and continue to fry the butter until it is
nice and brown. Pour the
butter over the fish fillets to serve.
